State Level Youth Red Cross Training Camp

The Youth Red Cross (YRC) team of Jagannath University, Delhi NCR, Bahadurgarh, proudly participated in the State Level Youth Red Cross Training Camp for boys, held from 11th to 16th September 2024 at Geeta Gyan Sansthan, Kurukshetra, Haryana. The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Sushma Gupta, Vice Chairperson of the Indian Red Cross Society, Haryana State Branch, and Mr. Rohit Kumar, YRC Camp Director, Haryana State Branch of the Indian Red Cross Society.

A group of 5 students, accompanied by 1 counselor, attended the camp where they received valuable training in first aid, blood donation, organ donation, and learned about the history of the Red Cross. They also actively participated in various activities such as group dance, solo dance, group song, solo song, debate, the Lucky Star game, and speeches.

This enriching experience provided both students and the counselor with extensive knowledge and a memorable time, making the camp highly beneficial for all participants.
