Activity/Camp: “Path to Wellness: Medicine & Health"

Students from Medicine and Allied Health Sciences  along with the NSS team actively participated in a camp held on 19.02.2025 at village Kherka. Physiotherapy students teach the villagers and patients about proper posture, ergonomic techniques, and exercise routines that reduce the risk of injury and promote physical health.

Main aim was to help individuals understand how to prevent common injuries in daily life, sports, and work settings through education on body mechanics.

Students of the Pharmacy Department focused on overall health and wellness by educating participants about common health conditions, preventive care, and the safe use of over-the-counter medications.

Their aim was to raise awareness about drug interactions, proper medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.

This activity concluded with a call to action for both students and the general public to be more informed about medicine and wellness. Future camps should continue to include student involvement for mutual growth
