National Webinar on "Recent Trends in Basic and Applied Science" was successfully organized by the Department of Science on the occasion of “National Science Day-2025”. The webinar featured insightful lecture by esteemed Resource Persons, Dr. Bhuvan Bhusan Mishra, Associate Professor, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Punjab delivered a lecture on “Phytochemicals: Conventional Studies for Translation Opportunities” and Dr. Anil Kumar, Associate Professor, Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, New Delhi delivered lecture on “Convergence of Emerging Technologies to address the Challenges of the 21st Century”. More than 90 participants from Jagannath University, Bahadurgarh and other institutes attended the webinar. The webinar familiarized the participants with the latest developments in Basic and Applied Science. The webinar equipped participants with essential skills such as critical analysis, problem solving and application of emerging scientific methodologies.
